There are a lot of both good and evil things in the modern world. This incident, which took place at the end of May in England, is simply an awful story full of cruelty.
A group of teenagers began tossing bricks from the bridge into the swan’s nest, breaking three eggs out of six. Later, 2 more eggs disappeared from the nest. The male couldn’t stand these and disappeared. A couple of weeks later, a deceased female was found near the nest. Most likely, she couldn’t stand this grief and died.
The Royal Society is currently conducting an investigation to find out and prevent such cruelty to animals in the future.
