Miley wore a completely sheer black floor-length gown with an open back, a daring neckline, and a subtle train. The fabric clung to her figure like a second skin. She skipped a bra entirely and paired the dress with matching black thong-style underwear.
She completed the outfit with black stiletto sandals, dark sunglasses, multiple earrings, and a simple yellow-gold collar necklace.
